Introduction session

for newcomers to zazen

Dragon Bell Temple, Cross Farm

7.00 – 8.30pm

The session will be focused on seated meditation and the opportunity to practice it, with space for talking about what is involved and why.

You will not have to bring anything with you. To help with your comfort while sitting still, I recommend wearing reasonably loose fitting clothing, especially around your waist and legs.
