A seated meditation session lasting 40 minutes, starting at 7.00am, usually held four days a week, Tuesday - Friday.
Most people join on Zoom, though if you are local, you are welcome to come in person.

The Zoom waiting room is open from 6.45am. A signal gong is rung three times to start the sitting period at 7.00am.
There's no video use during these sessions. The temple's microphone will be on.
At the end of the sitting period, wooden clappers will be struck and a short verse recited which you are welcome to join in with;
"How great and wonderous are the clothes of enlightenment, formless and embracing every treasure. I wish to unfold the Buddha's teaching, that I may help all living beings."
The signal gong is rung twice to end the sitting.
The Zoom meeting remains open for a few minutes, you are welcome to leave the meeting in your own time.
