Introductory sessions for newcomers
Tuesday evenings 7.00 – 8.30pm
These are usually available twice monthly, please see below for other scheduled dates.
- These sessions are loosely structured and include guidance on seated meditation, the opportunity to practice it, and to talk about what is involved and why.
- You will not have to bring anything with you. If you wish to do some background reading beforehand, a link to a good beginners book, ‘Sitting Buddha’, can be found on this page.
- It is advisable to wear reasonably loose fitting clothing that will not restrict your circulation while sitting still.
- Currently the maximum size of a group for these sessions is three people so that we can maintain social distancing.
