newcomers to zazen
Tuesday evenings 7.00 – 8.30pm

The session will be focused on seated meditation and the opportunity to practice it. There will be opportunities to talk about what is involved and why.
You will not have to bring anything with you. If you would like to do some background reading beforehand, a link to a good beginners book can be found on this page
Wear reasonably loose fitting clothing if you can, this will help you be comfortable while sitting still
