Introductory sessions for newcomers

Tuesday evenings 7.00 – 8.30pm

Twice monthly.

The evening will include guidance on seated meditation and the opportunity to practice it.
You will not have to bring anything with you. If you wish to do some background reading beforehand, a link to a good beginners book can be found on this page
Wear reasonably loose fitting clothing if you can, this will help with your circulation while sitting still.
