Introductory sessions for newcomers
Tuesday evenings 7.00 – 8.30pm
Twice monthly.
The session will be focused on seated meditation and the opportunity to practice it. Guidance will be given on what is involved and why. You will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
You will not have to bring anything with you. If you wish to do some background reading beforehand, a link to a good beginners book can be found on this page
Wear reasonably loose fitting clothing if you can, doing this will help your circulation while sitting still.
