I will be attending the monastic gathering at Throssel Hole Abbey, 14th-27th September. Hence the temple closed dates.
What’s been
A few tid-bits since the last newsletter:
August 16th, marked one year of the temple in Shillingford St George.
Much wood gathering has been going on for our woodstove.
The temple’s plum tree produced a bumper crop this summer. About half was given to people joining practice sessions and to our neighbours. The other half I made into a batch of plum sauce, which has been similarly distributed.
