Introduction evening

newcomers to zazen

Tuesday evenings 7.00 – 8.30pm

The session will be focused on seated meditation and the opportunity to practice it, with space for talking about what is involved and why.

You will not have to bring anything with you; to help your comfort while sitting still, wear reasonably loose fitting clothing if you can.

If you would like to do some background reading beforehand, (it will probably help), a link to a good beginners book can be found on this page
