Zazen for newcomers

Introducing you to seated meditation, walking meditation, and broader aspects of Buddhist practice.
You do not need to bring anything particular with you. Most normal clothing is fine, it will help if you wear reasonably loose fitting clothing for your comfort, especially around your waist and legs.
If you would like to do some background reading, the book “Sitting Buddha” gives a good introduction and overview of our practice. This should help you make the most out of your first visit.
These sessions are offered in addition to the Tuesday evening versions.
