9.15am – 4.00pm at Cross Farm

The focus will be on seated meditation, ( zazen ). Apart from the teas and lunch, we will maintain a relaxed quiet.

Lunch will be a simple meal provided by the temple; brown rice, lentil stew and salad.

Please let Willard know if you have any likely dietary issues.

All sittings will be for 35min. The schedule below gives an accurate picture, some timings may vary a little.

9.15am – zazen – walking meditation – zazen

10.35 – break

11.00 – zazen

11.35 – tea ( opportunity for dharma discussion )

12.30pm – lunch ( informal, short verses at begining and end ) – followed by a rest break

2.00 – zazen – walking meditation – zazen

3.20 – tea ( opportunity for dharma discussion )

4.00 – day ends
