9.15am – 4.00pm Dragon Bell Temple, Cross Farm
The focus will be on seated meditation, ( zazen ). Apart from teas and lunch, we will endeavour to maintain a quiet, relaxed and reflective attention.
Lunch will be a simple meal provided by the temple; brown rice, lentil stew and salad.

All sittings will be for 35min.

11.35 – tea and discussion
12.30pm – lunch ( informal, short verses at begining and end ) – followed by a rest break
