introductory evening

newcomers to zazen

Tuesday evenings 7.00 – 8.30pm

Alternate weeks, twice monthly.

Session will  include guidance on seated meditation and the opportunity to practice it. You will have the chance to talk about what is involved and why.
You will not have to bring anything with you. If you wish to do some background reading beforehand, a link to a good beginners book can be found on this page
Wear reasonably loose fitting clothing if you can, doing this will help your circulation while sitting still.
Currently the number of available spaces is four per session.
