introduction morning

Introducing you to the practice of meditation and its implications for living. These sessions last about 2 hrs. and are scheduled once a month.

You do not need to bring anything particular with you. Most normal clothing is fine, it will help if what you wear is reasonably loose fitting (i.e. not tight), especially around your waist and legs.

If you aren’t at all familiar with our practice and would like to do some background reading, I can recommend “Sitting Buddha” as a good basic introduction.

Please note that it is possible to arrange individual introductions outside of these dates.
