Meditation morning
9.15am – 12.30pm

Saturdays – usually twice a month

These mornings are an opportunity to enjoy quietly practicing together and are focused on seated meditation.
There will be three sitting periods, walking meditation, and a rest break during the session.
A social ‘cup of tea’ ends the morning.

The event starts at 9.15am, please arrive from 8.45am.
