What we do

P1010859 (1280x957)

We suggest that if you are new to Buddhist meditation that you attend, if possible, our Saturday morning Introduction to Meditation. If this is not possible for you, you are welcome to come along on a Wednesday evening or Sunday morning to the meeting scheduled and we will offer you brief meditation instruction.

As part of the regular practise groups we encourage people  who have been attending for a time to take responsibility for the running of the meditation periods.  This includes timing the meditation periods, offering incense, making the tea,  and looking after the altars.

Spending some time in the Temple, helping to look after our training place gives the opportunity to do working meditation and see how you can foster this in your daily life.
