We have a period of sitting meditation, walking meditation then another sitting meditation period that includes the recitation of our evening scriptures. These are a reminder to us to look to compassion, in all it’s forms, as an anchor for a peaceful night.
This is followed by tea and class, an opportunity to explore how we train in our daily life, looking at the challenges and questions the training brings forward for us.
